1. I make batches of interesting tools and knives and I post them for sale on the site.

2. If it says "In Stock" above an item then it is in stock and can be ordered. If it does not say "In Stock" then usually it is indeed out of stock. I will be trying to put announcements of upcoming product releases on my blog, Planet Pocket Tool, or under the individual product descriptions.

3. I do not maintain lists so I cannot notify you when an item that you want may be coming back in stock.

4. I do not fulfill requests for custom pieces anymore. In order to maintain a creative flow in my work and keep it worth doing I just make items and post them for sale on the site. I'm not a factory, just a single person with way too many different products to make.

5. I do not make tools or knives to the customer's design. I already have more than I can make.

6. Due to the growing volume of email I need to keep replies brief so that I can spend more time making cool things than sitting at the computer.

7. I cannot hold items for days or weeks until the next batch of stuff is done so that you can combine shipping.

8. To keep things fair for all our customers and keep site bandwidth manageable, I ask that customers do not access this site with automated software and robots. If it looks like a customer is using a robot their order may be delayed until all orders from customers who follow the rules have been processed.
